British Columbia Hotel Reservations
Make the most of your next fall or winter visit to Vancouver. With a host of charming cities and towns, and an eclectic mix of premier attractions, the Vancouver Metro Area is one of the can’t-miss destinations in British Columbia. During the fall and winter, this region of BC is awash in vibrant autumn hues, and abuzz with entertainment and activity.
Whether you’re out in Chilliwack or right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, you’ll find just the ticket for fun and adventure when you visit in late 2016. In Abbotsford, you can check out the University of the Fraser Valley or the Bakerview EcoDairy Learning Centre. When you’re in Coquitlam, don’t pass on a tour of the Mackin House Museum.
Vancouver is slated to host a number of premier live performances in late 2016 – you won’t want to miss these. The Rogers Arena is one of the biggest and most popular event venues in all of BC – check out any of the excellent shows this fall or winter.
On October 17th the Rogers Arena will be the spot to see international superstar Kanye West on his Saint Pablo Tour. He’ll take to the stage at 7 p.m. On November 7th you can see two of the biggest groups in the history of recorded music. Chicago and Earth Wind & Fire will be at the Rogers Arena as part of their Heart and Soul Tour 3.0.
On December 2nd enjoy an evening with one of the funniest and unique stand-up comedians working today. Visit Rogers Arena starting at 8 p.m. for your chance to see Amy Schumer live on stage. Make the short drive in from nearby North Vancouver or Richmond for a night of side-splitters.
Foodies will no doubt enjoy the Specialty Food Expo this winter in Vancouver. Visit Canada Place on January 14th and 15th to experience one of premier events – and most delicious, at that – of early 2017. The Specialty Food Expo will be divided across two halls – Hall 1 will feature guest lecturers, and product demos. Hall 2 will focus on the Gluten Free Expo.
